Our hard-working regional ambassadors, who we call Ambos, are there to help CyberFirst Schools and Colleges get the most out of the CyberFirst educational eco-system.
This could take the form of helping with educational outreach, student events and careers, facilitating relationships with local industry, governmental and academia partners, and more.
Please find for your region in the carousel below to meet your local CyberFirst Ambassadors.
Over the coming months a partner will be allocated to each CyberFirst region.
Each regional partner will be either a single organisation or consortium to support the development of a cyber education ecosystem for each region.
They will be responsible for coordinating the CyberFirst activities and events in each region and organising the call for CyberFirst Schools and Colleges recognition. Regional partners will encourage and facilitate local industry and academia engagement with schools to develop learning and career pathways into cyber.
The overall aim of the programme is to recognise schools/colleges in eligible regions, whose approach to cyber and cyber security education is excellent.
As well as seeking secondary schools/colleges who solely focus on cyber education within their institution, we are also looking for those who are exemplary leaders of cyber excellence in education by collaborating and sharing with others.
Secondary schools or colleges within the following regions will be able to apply when invited to do so.
